Delete your Arcana account

You can delete your account and associated personal data directly in the app. If you no longer have the app, you can send an online request by email.

Inside the app

  1. Open Profile.
  2. Choose Settings → Delete account.
  3. Confirm your identity and permanent deletion.

Write from the address linked to your account. State that you request deletion of your Arcana account; we may ask for secure identity verification.

What we delete

Your account, profile, lesson progress, XP and streak, settings, journal entries, Grimoire notes, and other data directly linked to the account, unless retention is legally required.

Timing and backups

We process a verified request without undue delay, normally within 30 days. Residual copies may remain temporarily in secured backups until overwritten.

Cancel your subscription separately

Deleting your account may not cancel a subscription purchased through App Store or Google Play. Cancel it in the relevant store settings to prevent renewal.
