Include your platform (iOS/Android), app version, and a short description. Never send your password or full payment details.

Change email or password in Settings → Account. Reset a forgotten password from the sign-in screen.

Restore a purchase on the Arcana Premium screen. Manage the subscription through the store where it was purchased.

Sign in to the same account and check your connection. If progress is missing, contact us from the email linked to your account.

You can request access, correction, or deletion. Delete your account in the app or follow the online instructions.
