Provider and agreement

Arcana is provided by BTCinvest s.r.o., Company ID 19764359, Svatopluka Čecha 1179/35, 612 00 Brno, Czech Republic, email contact@learnarcana.com.

By creating an account, using the service, or confirming a purchase, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use Arcana.

Account and eligibility

You are responsible for accurate account information and for keeping your credentials secure. Arcana is not designed for children under 16. Tell us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access.

Nature of the service

Arcana is provided for education, reflection, and entertainment. Tarot readings, daily energy content, and AI Oracle output are symbolic and may be inaccurate. They do not predict a certain outcome, are not medical, mental-health, legal, financial, or other professional advice, and should not be relied on for significant life decisions.

In an emergency or crisis, contact the appropriate emergency service or a qualified professional. You use the service in your own judgment and at your own responsibility.

Premium subscriptions

• Duration, price, currency, trial terms, and included content are shown before purchase confirmation.
• Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled through App Store or Google Play settings within the time required by the relevant platform.
• Payments, cancellations, and refunds are handled by Apple or Google under their rules and applicable consumer rights.
• Cancelling normally leaves Premium active until the paid period ends. Deleting the app or account may not cancel the subscription automatically.

These terms do not limit statutory withdrawal, refund, or digital-content conformity rights. Where Apple or Google handles the purchase and refund as seller or payment intermediary, submit the request through the relevant store; this does not affect rights that Arcana must honor directly.

Promotional codes

Promotional codes may have limited eligibility, validity, and Premium duration. They have no cash value and may not be transferred or combined unless the offer states otherwise.

Your content

You retain ownership of your entries. You grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide license, limited to the life of your account, to store, copy, transmit, and technically process that content only as needed to provide the features you choose. This license ends when the content or account is deleted, subject to limited backups and legally required retention.

You are responsible for ensuring that you may lawfully submit the content and that it does not violate law or third-party rights.

Acceptable use

You may not disrupt the service, bypass safeguards, abuse promotional codes, scrape content, infringe others’ rights, or use Arcana for unlawful activity.

Intellectual property

The app, Arcana brand, lesson text, visual system, software, and original content are protected. You receive a personal, limited, non-transferable right to use the service, not to resell or copy it.

Availability and changes

We may maintain, update, or temporarily interrupt the service for security, technical, or operational reasons. We will give reasonable advance notice of a change that materially and adversely affects a paid service and preserve any statutory rights to a remedy or termination. Future features are not guaranteed.

Conformity, updates, and complaints

We provide paid digital content in conformity with the contract and supply updates necessary to maintain functionality and security for the period reasonably expected or for the subscription term. Report a defect to our contact email with a description of the issue. Statutory rights to correction, a proportionate price reduction, or termination remain unaffected.

Termination and suspension

You may stop using or delete your account at any time; cancel any active subscription separately through Apple or Google. We may proportionately restrict or terminate access for a material or repeated breach, security risk, fraud, or legal requirement. Where practicable, we will give notice and an opportunity to remedy the issue.

Liability

We provide the service with reasonable care but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, error-free operation, or a particular personal outcome. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, data loss caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, or decisions made in reliance on symbolic or automatically generated content.

Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be limited or any mandatory consumer rights.

Third-party services

Sign-in, payments, subscriptions, cloud services, and AI may be supplied by third parties. Their separate terms may apply to services they provide directly. We are not responsible for their independent services, but this does not limit our responsibility for our own obligations to you.

Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the Czech Republic. If you are a consumer, this choice does not deprive you of mandatory protections in your country of habitual residence or your right to bring a claim before a court available under applicable law.

We will first try to resolve any dispute directly. Czech consumers may use alternative dispute resolution before the Czech Trade Inspection Authority, Štěpánská 44, 110 00 Prague 1, coi.gov.cz.

Severability, entire agreement, and contact

If any provision is invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in effect. These terms, the information shown before purchase, and the Privacy Policy govern use of Arcana; mandatory legal information and rights always prevail.
