Agreement to these terms

By using Arcana, you confirm that you have read and agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

Account and eligibility

You are responsible for accurate account information and for keeping your credentials secure. Arcana is not designed for children under 16. Tell us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access.

Nature of the service

Arcana is provided for education, reflection, and entertainment. Tarot interpretations and daily energy content do not predict a certain outcome and are not medical, mental-health, legal, financial, or other professional advice.

Premium subscriptions

• Duration, price, currency, trial terms, and included content are shown before purchase confirmation.
• Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled through App Store or Google Play settings within the time required by the relevant platform.
• Payments, cancellations, and refunds are handled by Apple or Google under their rules and applicable consumer rights.
• Cancelling normally leaves Premium active until the paid period ends. Deleting the app or account may not cancel the subscription automatically.

Promotional codes

Promotional codes may have limited eligibility, validity, and Premium duration. They have no cash value and may not be transferred or combined unless the offer states otherwise.

Your content

You retain ownership of your journal entries. You give us only the limited permission needed to securely store, synchronize, and process content to provide the features you choose.

Acceptable use

You may not disrupt the service, bypass safeguards, abuse promotional codes, scrape content, infringe others’ rights, or use Arcana for unlawful activity.

Intellectual property

The app, Arcana brand, lesson text, visual system, software, and original content are protected. You receive a personal, limited, non-transferable right to use the service, not to resell or copy it.

Availability and changes

We may maintain, change, or temporarily interrupt the service. Future features are not guaranteed, and Premium content is governed by your current plan and the information shown before purchase.

Liability and consumer rights

We provide the service with reasonable care but do not guarantee a particular personal outcome. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot lawfully be waived. Governing-law and operator details will be completed before public launch.
